FEATURES
These polyester disposable filters are built to the same high standards as our fiberglass disposable filter; however, the polyester filter offers a better level of filtration efficiency. This rigidly constructed filter maintains its integrity where others fall short. Always the highest quality, these polyester disposable panel filters have metal grids on both the air entering and air exiting sides.

CONSTRUCTION
These polyester disposable filters use 100% non-woven polyester to maximize their high dust holding capacity. The media is encapsulated between two metal grids to prevent filter blow-out under normal operating conditions. The metal grids are thermally bonded to the internal side of a heavy-duty one-piece kraft fiberboard frame. This closed corner construction prevents dust laden air from by-passing the media through open corners. The filter frame is clearly marked with size, UL classification, and air flow direction.

APPLICATIONS
These polyester disposable filters can be used as a direct replacement for filters supplied in original equipment. Standard sizes are available in one-inch and two-inch depths to accommodate most filter tracks.

UL CLASSIFICATION
These polyester disposable panel filters are rated by Underwriters Laboratories as UL CLASS 2.

SPECIFICATIONS
The filter element shall be constructed of a heavy duty kraft fiberboard frame. The two metal grills shall be thermally bonded internally to the frame. The metal grills shall be 28 gauge and provide 82% open area. All corners shall be closed and sealed. The filter shall be 100% non-woven polyester and shall completely cover the inside perimeter of the frame. All filters shall be Class II under U.L. std. 900.
