1-Inch 3-ply, and 2-Inch 4-ply panels are made from two polyester media layers sealed around an internal support wire.
Media layers are graduated density - the air entering layer has larger, more open fibers for good dust loading - the air exit layer has smaller, tighter woven fibers for high efficiency.
Heavy gauge galvanized internal support wire assures stability under high air velocity and heavy dust loading.
Polyester overlap around all edges provides an air-tight seal to prevent dust bypass. Linked panels prevent dust bypass between filters.
Center seal pattern holds the polyester layers together to prevent sagging and fluttering.
A non-migrating tackifier applied to the downstream side of each panel acts as a final layer of defense by trapping and holding dust.
Appropriate for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including paint spray booths, as final filters and as pre-filters for more efficient final filters.
