APPLICATIONS
Automatic Roll filters are used in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, government installations, schools and universities. These filters are designed to fit in automatic, semi-automatic, and manual type roll filter machines without modification to existing hardware. Whether the automatic roll machine is vertical or horizontal, these filters are available on cores designed to fit all major roll machine manufacturers.

STANDARD FEATURES AND OPTIONS
Our Automatic Roll filters are available in one grade of progressively dense fiberglass media or two grades of 100% non-woven polyester media. The air leaving side incorporates a scrim backing for added support in the air stream. Standard roll length is sixty-five feet. All filters have a heavy-duty kraft paper leader and trailer that are sewn to the media allowing easy installation. Each filter is also sealed in a plastic bag and carton that keeps the media clean until installation.

MEDIA OPTIONS

Fiberglass 77% Arrestance
Nominal 2" fiberglass media with unidirectional scrim backing. Roll media length is 65 feet long. The media is Class 2 under U.L. std. 900. The media shall be blue in color. For moderate dust loading applications.

Polyester 70% Arrestance
Nominal 5/8" 100% non-woven polyester media with scrim backing. Roll media length is 65 feet long. The media is Class 2 under U.L. std. 900. The media shall be white in color. For moderate dust loading applications.

Polyester 88% Arrestance
Nominal 1" 100% non-woven polyester media with scrim backing. Roll media length is 65 feet long. The media is Class 2 under U.L. std. 900. The media shall be orange and white in color. Tackified for heavy dust loading applications.
